Anna Fox is a psychologist who lives locked within her home with memories which derail her. She fills her days with prescription medicines, red wine, and spying on her neighbours, with intermittent phone calls to her family who are away from home.
All this gives rise to paranoia, and she becomes convinced that something terrible has happened in a nearby house. Nobody will take her seriously though because she is, after all, unreliable – which leads to unfortunate, and unintended consequences.
You don’t know who to believe, or what. It’s cleverly done and riveting right til the end.
