Our Sparkling Rosé is medium bodied and textured creamy effervescence displaying
watermelon, tropical fruit, freshness with wonderful red berry notes. Full with a tactile core and firm acidity giving length with subtle sweetness.

The grapes were gently machine harvested and sorted, gently pressed reductively with the juice being clarified with cold settling, racked directly to ferment three days later post settling.

Bold yet elegant, fully-concentrated aroma of tropical fruit salad with layers of red berries, water melon, and mint, a clean and textured wine showing lifted aromatics and freshness. Medium bodied, a firm and concentrated core of tropical fruit and a creamy effervescent fine bubble giving into a creamy texture melded with layers of fruit and mouth watering attractive acid.
