The grapes were gently machine harvested and sorted, gently pressed reductively with the juice being clarified directly via Nitrogen float, directly to ferment within hours of being harvested.

Bold yet elegant, fully-concentrated aroma of citrus fruit with layers of pink grapefruit, dragon fruit, and passion fruit tropical flavours, a clean and textured wine showing lifted aromatics and freshness. Medium-bodied, a firm and concentrated core of citrus and a creamy effervescent fine bubble giving into a creamy texture melded with layers of citrus and mouth watering attractive acid.
