Our Blanc de Blanc is bold yet elegant, fully-concentrated aroma of citrus fruit with layers of pink grapefruit and red apple, clean and textured showing lifted aromatics and freshness. Medium-bodied, a firm and concentrated core of lemon with brioche,apple and grapefruit is melded with layers of  citrus and mouth watering attractive acid.

The fruit was gently pressed and cold settled overnight. After settling the juice was racked to a ferment tank and warmed to allow the wild yeast ferment.
